H.E. Mr. Sultan Al-Hajji

Deputy General Manager - Total Abu Al Bukhoosh

H.E. Mr. Sultan Al Hajji is the Deputy General Manager of Total Abu Al Bukhoosh and in charge of Corporate Support Functions (Human Capital, Information & Data, Contracts & Procurement, Communications, Diversity, Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Total Middle-East Shareholders). He is also the President of Total UAE - Human Resources, Administration & Communication (HRAC) Steering Committee. He is actively involved in various local, regional and international forums and events related to HR, CSR, Diversity and Communication and is a promoter of Emiratisation and Feminisation.

Among his other activities, he is the Vice President of the Alliance Française - Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Management & Administration Committee of Higher College of Technologies, Chairman & CEO of the Abu Dhabi Human Resources Group – Basharia, Patron of the Toastmasters UAE Chapters and Member of the Board and Jury of the Dubai Human Development Award. He was elected a Who’s Who personality of the world in 1999. He is an accomplished presenter on the subjects covering Management, Leadership, Human Capital Development etc. and has been a speaker, panellist, moderator and participant in live talk-shows at events in the UAE, Europe and USA. Mr. Sultan Al-Hajji holds a BA in Political Science and Public Affairs from the University of Miami (USA) and a Higher Diploma in Human resources from ESSEC (Paris).
